Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage in.

Begin with one or two sprays on a small area to assess skin tolerance. Increase gradually as preferred.

Wash hands after use and avoid contact with the eyes, face, broken skin and freshly shaved skin.

Magnesium oil may feel slightly tacky and can create a temporary tingling sensation, particularly when first introduced or when applied to sensitive skin.

If the sensation is uncomfortable, rinse the area with water and use less product next time.
