Shipping policy

We ship within Australia and to selected European destinations. Available shipping options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is AUD $10 for orders under AUD $28 and free for orders of AUD $28 or more. Express shipping is AUD $15.

International shipping

For eligible European destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Available services and costs depend on your address and order. If no shipping option is available for your address, you won't be able to place a shipped order to that address.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Our dispatch days are Monday-Friday during business hours. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Estimated Australian delivery times: Standard Shipping - 2-6 days, Express Shipping 1-3. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
