Created by people who understand recovery.
No Nonsense Magnesium was founded on Sydney’s Northern Beaches by Nina, an Olympic silver medallist and professional sailor, and Pierre, a musculoskeletal specialist with more than a decade of experience in injury treatment and elite sport.
Between them, they have experienced recovery from both sides: the physical demands of performing at the highest level and the practical work of helping people move and feel better.
They created the products they wanted to use themselves - Australian-made, straightforward and easy to fit into everyday life. No complicated routines, unnecessary extras or exaggerated promises. Just purposeful products developed from real-world experience.
