No Nonsense Magnesium began in a kitchen on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
It was founded by Nina & Pierre - two people whose lives and careers have revolved around movement, performance, injury and recovery.
After years spent in elite sport, treatment rooms and training environments, they had used plenty of recovery products that were overcomplicated, overpromised or filled with ingredients that did not need to be there.
They wanted something simpler: high-quality magnesium products that felt good, fitted easily into everyday routines and were made with a clear purpose.
Built from real-world experience
Nina is an Olympic silver medallist and professional sailor who understands the demands that training, competition, travel and everyday life place on the body.
Pierre is a musculoskeletal specialist with more than a decade of experience treating injuries and supporting professional athletes, active people and everyday clients.
Together, they brought two sides of recovery into one brand: understanding what a tired, overworked body feels like and knowing how to help people move and feel better.
